Chad Spodick from 'Finding Prince Charming' Passes Away at 42, Lance Bass Responds

Chad Spodick, known for his appearance on the LGBTQ dating show Finding Prince Charming, has died at the age of 42. His passing was revealed through a GoFundMe campaign created to help cover funeral expenses and provide support for his mother and pets. The cause of death has not been disclosed.

Friend Kate Werbowski shared a tribute on the fundraising page, stating, Our hearts are shattered as we share the devastating news of the loss of our beautiful, kind, and generous son, brother, and friend Chad. His passing was sudden and heartbreaking, and we are still struggling to comprehend a world without his light.

Werbowski highlighted Spodicks generosity and love for others, saying he always encouraged his friends to grow and believe in themselves. She also noted his deep affection for animals, particularly his four dogs and bird, Cosmo. The world was brighter with Chad in it, and those who were lucky enough to know him felt the warmth of his heart every day, she added.

She also mentioned that Spodicks mother, Felice, is facing not only the grief of losing her son but also the financial burden of his funeral and daily expenses. The community has been rallying to support her and care for Chads pets during this difficult time.

Lance Bass, host of Finding Prince Charming, posted a heartfelt tribute on his Instagram Story: I am truly heartbroken about the sudden passing of our friend, Chad. He was such a kind, sweet soul who loved his friends, family, and beloved pets deeply. Life should never be taken for granted, so remember to be kind and check in on those you love because tomorrow is never promised. Fly high my friend.

Spodick appeared on Logos Finding Prince Charming in 2016, a show where 13 men competed for the affection of interior designer Robert Seplveda Jr. He exited the series during Week 6. Beyond television, Spodick worked as a real estate agent and flight attendant and co-founded the private aviation company Goldsuite Jets in 2020.
