Check out the new Scott Weiland song, 'If I Could Fly', never heard before

An unreleased song by Scott Weiland, titled "If I Could Fly", has been officially shared on the 10th anniversary of the late Stone Temple Pilots and Velvet Revolver singer's passing. The composition was originally created in 2000, shortly after the birth of his son, Noah Weiland.

Weiland's Instagram shared: "This release is the first presentation of original, unheard material from Scott's personal archive. It reflects a profoundly intimate and creative period in his life, highlighting the emotional resonance that characterized much of his music."

The track is now available across all digital platforms, and a limited-edition vinyl release is scheduled for December 19.

Scott Weiland passed away on December 3, 2015, at the age of 48. In remembrance, Noah Weiland will perform a concert Wednesday evening in Orange County, California.
