Former Southern Charm Star Taylor Ann Green Intensifies Conflict with Salley Carson: 'Narcissistic and Desperate'

Taylor Ann Green has found herself back in the spotlight of Southern Charm controversy. The former cast member reacted strongly after being compared to the shows newer star, Salley Carson. The tension quickly spilled over onto social media, with both women exchanging pointed remarks.

The friction stems from past relationship entanglements. Salley dated Shep Rose following his breakup with Taylor and also had a brief involvement with Taylors long-term boyfriend, Gaston Rojas. During the filming of Season 11, Salley pursued Craig Conover while simultaneously flirting with Austen Kroll, fueling more drama off-camera.

Recently, a TikTok user labeled Salley as a pick me type and drew parallels between her and Taylor, prompting Taylor to speak out. She accused Salley of manipulating a doctor into an affair and claimed that she was dating someone the entire season while trying to pursue Craig and Austen.

Salley responded, denying all allegations. She stated that rumors about her personal life are completely false, clarifying that the only doctor she was involved with was her ex-fianc, who was already separated from his spouse when they met. She also confirmed she did not have a boyfriend during filming and challenged the accusations against her.

In defending herself, Taylor emphasized that she would not have entered the debate if not tagged and compared to Salley. She wrote that she has faced plenty of comparisons in the past but draws the line here, highlighting her growth since leaving the show. Taylor demanded that followers stop tagging her in posts linking her to what she described as a narcissistic and desperate newcomer.

Southern Charm airs Wednesdays at 9/8c on Bravo and is available to stream on Peacock.
