George Clooney Claims to be 'Strict' But 'Not Crazy' as a Parent

George Clooney may be one of Hollywoods biggest stars, but at home he often finds himself met with skepticism from his children. During a December 3 episode of the New Heights podcast, the 64-year-old actor shared that even his 8-year-old daughter has recently started rolling her eyes at him. When asked about his parenting approach, Clooney described himself as a little strict but not overbearing. He added that his children are well-behaved, yet raising them is full of surprising moments especially when they repeat things they overhear.

The actor recalled a recent school run when another driver cut him off, prompting him to mutter a curse. Five minutes later, I hear from the backseat, f**king a**hole, he said, noting that he immediately knew his wife would eventually hear about it.

Clooney also mentioned that his fame doesnt impress his twins nearly as much as pop star Taylor Swift does. He previously shared that his children are eager to meet her, even though they usually fail to recognize other major celebrities. Robert De Niro will be at the house and theyll ask, Whos that? he said.
