Top fantasy football players to add for Week 14

Welcome to the Week 14 waiver wire guide! With Thanksgiving behind us and December here, its time to finalize your roster as most leagues near the end of the regular season and prepare for the fantasy playoffs next week. The Monday night matchup between the Giants and Patriots is still ahead, but its the perfect moment to strengthen your lineup for the postseason push.

Here are some players to consider adding off the waiver wire in Week 14. For reference, we define a waiver add as a player owned in 60% of leagues or less. Keep in mind this week features the last set of bye weeks across the NFL.

Quarterbacks

Trevor Lawrence, QB Jacksonville Jaguars (44.5% Owned)

Lawrence led the Jaguars to a 25-3 victory over the Titans, marking their third consecutive win and securing first place in the AFC South. He threw for 229 yards and two touchdowns while adding 25 rushing yards. One of only two top-15 fantasy QBs available on waivers, Lawrence has a favorable matchup against the struggling Colts.

Jacoby Brissett, QB Arizona Cardinals (38.0% Owned)

Though the Cardinals were eliminated from playoff contention with a 20-17 loss to the Buccaneers, Brissett threw for over 300 yards with two touchdowns and one interception. He has consistently produced fantasy points in Kyler Murrays absence and could remain a useful option through the rest of the season.

Running Backs

DAndre Swift & Monangai, RBs Chicago Bears

The Bears dominated the Eagles 24-15 on Black Friday, with Swift rushing for 125 yards and a touchdown and Monangai adding 130 yards and a score. Monangai, a rookie, has become a highly efficient offensive weapon, averaging 4.9 yards per carry. If available on waivers, hes a must-add.

Blake Corum, RB Los Angeles Rams (16.6% Owned)

Corum took advantage of Kyren Williams ankle tweak, rushing for 81 yards and a touchdown in the Rams 31-28 loss to the Panthers. Hes been gaining more carries recently and is worth a pickup for RB depth, even if Williams returns next week.

Wide Receivers

Christian Watson, WR Green Bay Packers (36.8% Owned)

Watson excelled on Thanksgiving, catching four passes for 80 yards and a touchdown against the Lions. A top-15 fantasy wideout, hes a growing deep threat for Jordan Love and is a strong addition for the Packers upcoming clash with the Bears.

Week 14 matchup: vs. Chicago Bears, 4:25 p.m. ET

Alec Pierce, WR Indianapolis Colts (40.7% Owned)

Pierce scored a touchdown and caught four of five targets for 81 yards in the Colts 20-16 loss to the Texans. Known for his explosive plays, he averages 20.9 yards per reception and will be key in the Colts showdown with the Jaguars.

Tight Ends

Brenton Strange, TE Jacksonville Jaguars (28.3% Owned)

Strange has been a strong contributor since returning from IR, with three catches for 45 yards and his first touchdown of the season in the Jaguars 25-3 win over the Titans. He is a valuable addition for those looking to strengthen their playoff roster.

Week 14 matchup: vs. Indianapolis Colts, 1 p.m. ET

Isaiah Likely, TE Baltimore Ravens (17.9% Owned)

Likely had a solid outing with five receptions for 95 yards despite the Ravens 32-14 loss to the Bengals. He will be crucial in Baltimores battle against the Steelers for first place in the AFC North.
