Walker Scobell has shared insights about the dynamics between Percy and Annabeth in the upcoming second season of Percy Jackson and the Olympians. Fans often refer to the duo as Percabeth, and Season 2 explores challenges in both their friendship and budding relationship.

During a recent cast interview, Scobell explained that Percy and Annabeth have grown in different ways, which now creates tension in how they connect. Their relationship is further tested as some of the season features the pair spending time apart.

Scobell elaborated, saying, Percy is naturally good at making friends, while Annabeth struggles with that, so it can be challenging for both of them. By the end of last season, they hadnt clearly defined what they mean to each other, and now theyre figuring out where they stand.

He continued, I dont think theyre fully aware of their feelings yet, but theres an underlying sense that they miss each other and arent ready to openly address it.
