Man refutes allegations of causing £100k damage with tractor

A 58-year-old tractor operator from St Michaels, Tenbury Wells, has pleaded not guilty to all allegations after his tractor was spotted moving through the flooded roads of Tenbury Wells. Simon Morgan appeared in Worcester Crown Court on Monday.
He faces accusations of dangerous driving along with 16 counts of criminal damage, collectively valued at over 100,000. These charges relate to an event that occurred on 24 November 2024.
Judge James Burbidge KC informed Mr. Morgan that the trial is scheduled to commence on 10 January 2028.
