Man saved after accidentally falling into marshland

A man was successfully rescued after tumbling from a wall into marshy terrain. Emergency responders from Cosham and Southsea, part of the Hampshire & Isle of Wight Fire & Rescue Service, along with Farehams water rescue unit, rushed to Farlington Marshes Nature Reserve in Portsmouth.
The incident occurred around 14:15 GMT on Friday when the man landed on the wet, unstable ground. Firefighters collaborated closely with the South Central Ambulance Service and local Coastguard personnel to provide immediate medical attention and safely extract him from the marsh.
The rescue operation concluded at 16:19 GMT, according to Hampshire & Isle of Wight Fire & Rescue Service. The man received treatment on-site before being moved to safety.
