Trump has a breakdown after even Fox News covers the affordability crisis.

Amid growing unease within the Republican Party over the nations cost-of-living challenges, former President Donald Trump began his Saturday by criticizing Fox & Friends for addressing the issue. The morning program featured financial commentator Peter Schiff, who has increasingly scrutinized Trump for downplaying economic hardships including inflation, unemployment, and affordability struggles.

On his social media platform, Truth Social, Trump labeled Schiff a Trump hating loser and questioned Fox News judgment for hosting him, despite the network being a longtime favorite of the former president. He suggested the program might be shifting its direction and urged the team to investigate the booker who put this jerk on.

Trump also disputed Schiffs remarks about rising prices, claiming that costs are actually falling, echoing his previous statements dismissing affordability concerns as a Democratic hoax. Recent polls, however, indicate growing voter unease about Trumps economic record, including among his own supporters.

The intensifying public dissatisfaction with economic policies, coupled with GOP losses in recent contests, has fueled concern within the party. Some Republican officials and strategists are now advocating for a reassessment of the partys approach to directly address voters financial realities.
