Justin Baldoni Confirms Revealing Circumcision Status to Pregnant Blake Lively in Presence of Ryan Reynolds and 2 Nannies at Home

Justin Baldoni confirmed in a deposition that he informed Blake Lively he is circumcised, though he noted that she did not ask him directly. The discussion reportedly occurred in a lively environment, with Ryan Reynolds, nannies, assistants, and other household staff moving around as the two spoke.

The revelation comes as the two parties prepare for a potential trial in March 2026, with ongoing legal disputes over whether the case should proceed.

According to court documents, Baldoni, 41, visited Livelys New York City apartment in December 2022 while she was expecting her son, Olin. During the visit, the topic of circumcision came up.

During his October deposition, Livelys attorney asked Baldoni if he had shared information about his own circumcision. Baldoni replied affirmatively but clarified that Lively did not explicitly ask him.

He described the scene as busy, saying, There were people going all around. Mr. Reynolds was in and out of the conversation. She had, I think, two nannies. I felt like there was a housekeeper there. Her assistant was walking around. I think she had two assistants there. Her and I were sitting on the couch, but there were people all around.

Baldoni also confirmed that he does not discuss personal genital details with work colleagues.

Livelys amended complaint, filed in January, expanded on prior claims, stating that Baldoni had made her uncomfortable. The filing noted that she was disturbed by the fact that Mr. Baldoni described his own genitalia, among other allegations.

Livelys legal team argues that her case against Baldoni should move forward to trial, while Baldonis lawyers have requested a summary judgment to dismiss the lawsuit before the March 2026 trial date. Livelys attorneys recently submitted their opposition to this request.

Baldonis lawyer previously stated that Baldoni wants to be vindicated and is waiting for his opportunity in court to present his side of the story.
