Red Carpet Photos from 'The Housemaid' Premiere: Sydney Sweeney, Amanda Seyfried & Others

On Tuesday, December 2, Sydney Sweeney and Amanda Seyfried attended the premiere of The Housemaid in New York City. The Lionsgate psychological thriller, directed by Paul Feig, held its red carpet event at 787 Seventh Avenue, where the stars posed for photos alongside their co-stars and guests.

The Housemaid, written by Robecca Sonnenshine, is adapted from Freida McFaddens 2022 novel. Sydney Sweeney stars as Millie Calloway, a housemaid with a troubled past who starts working for a wealthy family. While everything appears perfect at first, Millie soon discovers hidden secrets within the household that begin to surface after her arrival. Amanda Seyfried portrays Nina Winchester, the affluent woman who employs Millie, and Brandon Sklenar plays her husband.

The supporting cast includes Michele Morrone as Enzo, Elizabeth Perkins as Evelyn Winchester, Indiana Elle as Cecelia Winchester, Mark Grossman as Scott Crawford, Hannah Cruz as Lexi, Megan Ferguson as Jilianne, and Ellen Tamaki as Patrice.

Production is overseen by Todd Lieberman of Hidden Pictures, with Carly Kleinbart Elter managing the project. Paul Feig and Laura Fischer of Feigco also serve as producers. Both Sweeney and Seyfried are executive producers, joined by Alex Young and author Freida McFadden.
