Peacock has unveiled the official trailer for its upcoming mystery-comedy series The Burbs, featuring Keke Palmer and Jack Whitehall in leading roles. This eight-episode adaptation of the 1989 film starring Tom Hanks and Carrie Fisher is scheduled to release all episodes on Sunday, February 8.

About The Burbs

Based on the cult classic horror-comedy film, The Burbs is set in modern suburban life. The story centers on a young couple who have reluctantly moved into the husbands childhood home. Their routine life is disrupted when a new neighbor moves in across the street, exposing long-hidden secrets of the cul-de-sac and introducing unforeseen dangers that threaten the tranquility of their neighborhood.
