Hilaria Baldwin Responds to Criticism of Short Dress with Impressive Headstand

Hilaria Baldwin is proving that age wont stop her from wearing short skirts. On Monday, December 1, the 41-year-old yoga instructor took to Instagram to address a comment about the outfit she wore to the 2025 Gotham Awards in New York City, where she attended with her husband, Alec Baldwin.

At the event, Hilaria dazzled in a printed Zimmermann minidress featuring a corseted top and ruffled skirt. Alec Baldwin, 67, complemented her look in a classic black tuxedo. Sharing snapshots from the evening, Hilaria captioned her Instagram post: "What a NYC night . I saw this dress on my run in the @zimmermann window yesterday morning and I fell in love ."

When a follower commented, "Dress is way too short for your age," Hilaria posted a video response. Facing the camera, she said, "Are you saying that 41-year-old women can't show off our legs? Ill show you a workout, and if you can do it, Ill lend you my dress."

She then placed the camera down, stepped back, and performed a headstand on the floor, demonstrating her fitness. "Heels arent required," she explained. "Put your head down, hands on the floor, engage your core, straighten your legs. Legs bend, straighten, crisscross, and you lower down. Did my dress fly up? It didnt."

Concluding the clip, the mother of seven said, "Whether youre 21, 41, 81, or 101, our bodies and legs are not offensive. We can show them."
