Experts acknowledge that while the popes appeal cannot alone resolve Lebanons entrenched sectarian divisions, foreign interference, and social fragmentation, it provides moral support for leaders willing to compromise and softens sectarian barriers by placing all authorities on a shared ethical platform. Continued conflict, forced displacement, and regional reshaping threaten the Christian presence, making the popes advocacy crucial.

By urging Christians to remain courageous and engaged, the pope reinforced Lebanons role as a pluralistic society and highlighted the risk of losing its Christian communities.
